Our August meetup spotlighted Laing O’Rourke, who are delivering the first stage of Victoria’s Eastern Freeway upgrades as part of the Burke to Tram Alliance.
Their data transformation story began with a move to the cloud, where they centralised data, delivered real-time insights, and empowered teams with tailored dashboards. The results have been industry-leading:

Notitia Managing Director Alex Avery said that by integrating live analytics into day-to-day operations, Laing O’Rourke is proving what’s possible when technology, people, and processes align on projects of this scale.
