The projects span executive and operational reporting, supplier contract analysis, enterprise healthcare reporting and governed self-service analytics.
What connects them is the approach: understanding the problem, involving the people who know it and using the right combination of data, design, governance and technology to solve it.

HSK Ward: a scalable approach to executive and operational reporting
HSK Ward is the Australian-owned food and beverage manufacturing and supply-chain group behind businesses including McKenzie’s Foods and FTA Food Solutions.
As the organisation grew, its team identified a need for stronger executive visibility and more consistent operational reporting across financial performance, procurement, inventory and inbound supply-chain costs.
HSK Ward worked with Notitia to develop an Executive Analytics and Operational Reporting Platform using Qlik Cloud Analytics.
The platform supports high-level executive reporting alongside detailed information for operational and supply-chain teams. Its design was shaped with the people who would use it, through stakeholder interviews, user stories, personas, wireframes and iterative reviews.
HSK Ward has approached the platform as an ongoing analytics capability that can continue evolving alongside its business priorities.
AgProcure: supporting specialist knowledge with analytics and automation
AgProcure works with transactional purchasing data to validate supplier agreements, identify pricing variances and support reporting for retailer groups.
Its existing processes contained years of specialist knowledge and business logic but involved complex manual data preparation and multiple reporting steps.
The AgProcure team worked with Notitia to develop a connected analytics and reporting environment using Qlik Cloud Analytics and Qlik Application Automation.
The platform supports more consistent transaction analysis and reporting while allowing AgProcure’s specialists to investigate discrepancies, validate results and apply their commercial knowledge.
Human review remains an essential part of the process. The technology supports the team’s expertise; it does not attempt to replace it.
Grampians Health: an immediate operational outcome and a longer-term roadmap
Following the amalgamation of four health services, Grampians Health needed to establish a more consistent approach to operational reporting across multiple systems and data sources.
The team began with an interactive Emergency Department dashboard developed in Qlik Sense.
The dashboard gives clinical and operational managers timely information they can explore, demonstrating the value of moving beyond solely static reporting.
Grampians Health also used the project to establish a broader roadmap for enterprise analytics, including governance, architecture, centralised data models and governed self-service reporting.
The result combines a practical operational outcome with a structured pathway for expanding analytics across the health service.
